Triaxon, Inc. is a U.S. autonomous-systems and advanced-manufacturing company. It pairs a platform portfolio refined over thirty years of engineering with domestic, NDAA-aligned, vertically integrated production. Most components are built in-house, submarine hulls are moulded and assembled in hours, and platforms are engineered to strip and rebuild in the field.

That combination is the whole thesis: the technology does not need to be invented, and the manufacturing does not need to be imported. Triaxon holds exclusive U.S. rights to the underlying portfolio and builds its own intellectual property, tooling and supply chain on top of it.

Alon Nachmany

Chief Executive Officer and Cofounder

Alon leads U.S. strategy, capital formation, government relationships and corporate governance. He is a cybersecurity and operational-technology leader with more than twenty years protecting critical systems across defence, military, law enforcement, financial services, utilities, aviation and healthcare, and has held CISO and senior security-executive roles at AppViewX, National Securities Corporation, WeWork and Bromium. He brings the secure-by-design and compliance discipline central to Triaxon’s NDAA-aligned, government-facing mission.

Arye Ben Kalifa

Chief Technology Officer and Cofounder

Arye is the engineer behind the entire portfolio. Since 1994 he has developed more than twenty-five innovations across defence, aerospace, autonomous systems, medical and environmental technology, seven commercialised internationally. He has personally designed platforms in every domain, fixed-wing and VTOL aircraft, FPV and loitering systems, multirotors, ground vehicles, and surface and subsea craft, together with the mission software, AI, secure communications and cybersecurity-enabled autonomy that connect them. He is also the architect of the vertically integrated, high-rate manufacturing model.

Matthew Boskin

Chief Operating Officer and Cofounder

Matthew leads operations, capital formation and investor relations. He is a capital-markets and business-development executive with more than twenty-five years in institutional equity sales and technology finance. As Managing Partner at Sand Hill East he works with early-stage companies on planning, fundraising and go-to-market. He previously served as Co-Head of New York Institutional Sales at Susquehanna International Group and founded the New York Technology Sales Force at Merrill Lynch, the firm’s first specialty technology sales team, which he later expanded from London.
